Our cottages are offered on a 3 night minimum stay basis, 7+ night stays may be prefered in the busy summer months but we have a flexible policy if you book direct.
All our rates include bedding and towels and utilities. Our rates are per cottage and assume 1-4 occupants. Please confirm the number of occupants in the cottage when booking online, thank you.

Returning guest discount
We are always so thrilled to see a familiar face, and once you have found us we would be honoured if you book in again.
All returning guests receive a 5% discount on any new booking.
Offer subject to direct bookings only and you need to mention the code we gave you from your previous stay when you are ready to book again. Another great reason to avoid online travel agencies, book direct and take their commission as a saving for yourself. Please contact us for details.

Standard Terms & Conditions
To confirm a booking we require a non refundable 30% deposit of the total accommodation cost. The full balance is paid upon departure. Although the deposit is non-refundable, it may be transferred to a future booking that is made whilst cancelling an existing booking. We will hold a valid credit/debit card on a secure server file as a guarantee for any reservation that may be charged in the instance of a no show/cancellation or to cover the costs of goods and serviced taken during a stay and in the case of any damage incurred to the fixtures, fittings and items belonging to Pendragon Country House.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of an existing reservation up to 14 days before the day of arrival will incur no additional charge other than the non refundable deposit. Cancellation between 14 days and 7 days before the day of arrival there will be an additional 20% charge (combined with the deposit paid this equates to 50% of the accommodation cost). Cancellation 7 days or less before the day of arrival, or a ‘No Show’, will be liable for the total of the entire accommodation cost.
What about the little ones?
We will provide additional beds for children aged 2-15 yrs in the Superior King Room and the King rooms at a cost of £25 per child per night. A child under 2 yrs can stay in any room in one of our cots for a one off fee of £20. The additional bed is a high quality inflatable bed which is easy to use and store whilst not in use.
Your Four Legged friend
We do allow Dogs in our downstairs twin/double room, Pelleas. We charge a £5 per night per dog fee to bring them into the house and also ask that they are clean and well behaved, Thank you.
Dogs are allowed in the Pelleas room and the Red room lounge only, we keep the Orangery dining room and Green Room Bar a pet free environment. This does not apply to guide dogs who can access the entire ground floor of the property with their owner.
