Your data is safe with us

We do not share your data with anyone and your are treated with the upmost consideration. When we are contacted and certainly when a booking is made we, by law, have to have a certain amount of information about our guests. This includes; name, email address, postal address and contact telephone number. We also ask for certain pieces of information to enable us to make sure the best possible experience is enjoyed here. This may include; purpose of visit, food preferences especially food allergies, and any important details that are freely shared with us.

You can rest assured that we do not share this with anyone or any other organisation. All your data is kept on secure servers and no third parties have access to this data and we do not intentionally share it with any partners or associates.

Payment and credit card details are treated very carefully and we are fully compliant with industry standards and we are PCI DSS compliant.

We use Google’s Analytics service to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site, what devices they are using and what country they are from. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. We not only abide by this Privacy Policy, but comply with all applicable laws, policies and regulations relating to the collection of information by visitors

Although we do use Google AdWords and other platforms for advertising, we don’t use remarketing, so therefore we don’t collect data from website visitors. We do not use cookies to store any information.
